Very good faucet

I have Kohler, Grohe and Jado faucets in my house. This faucet is a high quality faucet that has a nice commercal look to it. The price was great compared to the higher end faucets out there and it was a snap to install. I installed it in my laundry sink. When my wife saw it and tried it, she asked me to put in in the kitchen sink where I have a Grohe which cost me 3 times more. Its worth the money, these guys make a nice quality product. In my opinion this faucet would look great in a kitchen sink.

Shockingly Pleased

Was replacing a 7 year old Kohler faucet in the kitchen. Really like the drop down type faucet but the American Standards/Kohlers etc are at the 300$+ range.

Nice product bad spray head

I bought this product in May 2012, and about two months ago the nozzle got stuck between the two settings. The chrome finish is very nice and cleans up well no matter how long the water has been sitting on its shiny skin. Unlike my old faucet. Installing it was a little bit of a pain due to the tiny little nut on the mounting system. Which also leaves faucet feeling a little lose no matter how much you tighten it. Took about an hour to install. I am average at house hold projects.

Well built, stylish, easy to use and install.

Every time my wife comes into the kitchen, she exclaims that she loves her new faucet. That should be enough of a review, but to add some technical details…

A great stylish faucet, with minor reservations

For my recent kitchen remodel, I had looked at faucets from all the local places where one would buy faucets from, but wasn’t terribly happy with any of the overpriced, under-designed, cheap pieces of crap, and even the expensive ones that were interesting had terrible reviews for longevity. When I came across this one, I was pretty interested.

We’ve been using this faucet for about 6 weeks now, and at first it worked great. There is a little rubberized “O” ring that is supposed to hold the sprayer head securely in place when it is in the holder. That ring would cause it to stick in the holder and be hard to dislodge the spray head. It was kind of annoying, so I just slid the ring down, but it wiggles slightly now, and the sprayer head tilts backwards toward the back splash (or where the back splash would be if it wasn’t on an island.) This causes quite a bit of a mess when it is in spray mode. Also, when switching from spray to stream, the mechanism must get stuck, because water will sometimes still leak from the spray holes on the outside. I have to push the button several times to get it to fully switch modes. I do like the single button and the flexibility, but I’d probably go with my gut next time and get a name brand I’m familiar with.

Do not buy this unless you are a masochist

If I could give zero stars I would. Ok, so I bought this over a year ago when we bought the new house and did not get around to installing it til just this week (my bad I know). This product is one of the most poorly conceived designs I have ever encountered and here is why: The mechanism for securing the faucet to the underside of your sink/countertop does not secure said faucet at all. There is a skinny threaded brass piece surrounded (instead of surrounding) by the hot and cold water intakes and a small brass nut that barely clears those intakes that you are supposed to be able to tighten enough to make the thing not wobble—good luck there. Also it leaked from every seam of the hose. Ugh. After trying for 10+ hours to make it work I went to the hardware store and bought a similar Delta faucet. It was easy to install in less than 1 hour and well designed–brass threaded pipe surrounds the other parts and therefore the large substantial brass washer and nut with securing screws actually holds the faucet securely. If you don’t want to pull your hair out, get a Delta or just about anything else. Even though I will only get partial refund I am going to send back just to get this thing out of my sight….it makes me angry to look at it.

Beautiful faucet and one of the only models of this …

Beautiful faucet and one of the only models of this style that actually let you pull out the sprayer to get down into large pots. We installed on a huge kitchen sink (also Kraus) and this makes cleaning dishes easy. Install is pretty easy as well.

Will work great for 3 months….

First the good things – this faucet looks fantastic. In fact during our recent kitchen renovation we got more compliments on this faucet than we did our super pricey new honed granite countertops. It is elegant and looks like something you spent some significant money on.

Wonderful producrt. Just what I was looking for.

I searched for a faucet for a long long time. This time I wanted something that was sturdier than the others I had bought in the past. When I came upon this one I it ordered immediately. When it arrived I called my son to put it in, but he was sick. My husband had injured his back and elbow in a fall and couldn’t do it either. I was getting desperate so I called my son in law. He gladly came over and installed it in about an hour. The only problem is our sink. It is very thin so the faucet leans forward. We have wanted a new sink for a long time since this one has some deep scratches from teenagers slamming pots. It is just the greatest faucet,I love the way I can use the sprayer without having to hold the button down the whole time and since it sits so high I can put my large pot under it without having to use the sprayer. The funny thing is that everyone who has seen it likes it too and say that’s a great idea! That was what I thought too!, and it is.
