Convenient pulldown faucet (view larger).
Moen's Arbor kitchen collection delivers streamlined and timeless transitional styling that meets personal preferences and houses a host of performance features. The Arbor one-handle, single-mount kitchen faucet offers a high arc design and pulldown spout that features a 68-inch braided hose. This version comes in Spot-Resistant stainless, and it's also available in classic stainless, oil rubbed bonze, matte black, and chrome finishes.
The high arc spout provides the height and reach to fill or clean large pots while the pulldown feature provides the infinite maneuverability for cleaning or rinsing. When filling a vessel outside the sink, the pause feature conveniently stops the flow of water as the wand passes over the countertop. The 360-degree rotating spout enables you to install the handle on either side, and temperature is controlled by the 100-degree arc of handle travel. It operates in stream or spray mode in the pullout or retracted position, and it has a spout height of 8-1/4 inches. Water flow is limited to 1.5 gallons per minute (GPM), and the lever handle is ADA compliant. It comes with a matching escutcheon for use with three-hole installations.

Best Faucet Ever!

My Kitchen faucet that came with my house rusted inside and broke. I read numerous negative reviews on the Delta touch faucet so I decided to wait until the Moen Motionsense hit the market. I’m glad I waited because this faucet it is as good as advertised. I can’t stop playing around with the faucet. My wife loves it and it’s easier for my kids to get water without making a mess. I bought the faucet from faucet warehouse, not from Amazon because I preordered it (so I’m probably one of the first people to own it).
Touch Me Not

This touch free Moen faucet impresses me. I purchased mine from Lowes to replace an existing leaky faucet. Install time took about two hours, including removing the old faucet. The quality of the faucet and implementation are spectacular. It’s high enough that I can get large pots under it, but not so high that it splashes water all over. Installation was straight forward, well documented and required no special tools. A screwdriver and a Crescent/adjustable wrench was all I needed. Once installed, I plugged up the power supply and everything worked perfectly the first time. No leaks, no malfunctions, just smooth well-designed controls.
Cabinets damaged due to water leaks

I spent a lot more than I typically do when I purchased the Moen Motionsense, because I decided I wanted a quality unit that would not cause me headaches down the road. Unfortunately that has not been the case at all.
Very Easy to Install, Beautiful Faucet

Our kitchen faucet was in dire need of an upgrade – too often we couldn’t fill pitchers or pot easily because of our old Delta faucet was too low, and rust clung all around the joints. When we received our new Moen Faucet, it was a huge relief! The Moen One Handle High Arc Faucet was really easy to install – the only tools I needed were a wrench to remove my old faucet, and a screwdriver to install the new Moen Faucet. Moen included a tool to use in conjunction with a screwdriver to tighten the included nuts and bolts. Having never changed a faucet before, it only took me an hour to remove all the stuff under my sink, remove the old faucet, install the new faucet, and put everything back under the sink (the shortest task being installing the new faucet!). The instructions included no words and only pictures, but it was very self explanatory (see picture of some instructions that I’ve included in “additional photos”). If you’ve never removed a faucet before, it would be a good idea to YouTube a video on removing a faucet.
I love my new faucet!

Now I shall wax poetic about my new Moen kitchen sink faucet! The old one I had was a perfectly functional, but somewhat boring, conventional looking single-handle
Worked for 6 months

I purchased the faucet during a kitchen remodel. Fairly easy install. Purchased with optional 110 V adapter. Worked flawlessly for 6 months, then control module just went dead. Power adapter still outputting correct voltage. Contacted Moen customer service and they immediately shipped a replacement. Installed replacement which was much more difficult with the garbage disposal and RO unit now installed. Unit worked for about 6 hrs the upper sensor stopped working and the faucet just intermittently comes on with no one near it. I have reset it numerous times and no upper sensor. I’m done with it. For $400 one would expect better reliability. I’ve got better things to do with my time than being contorted under the sink.
DO NOT Buy this Faucet!! NEVER AGAIN from Moen.

This faucet seems great for the first few months but then the design flaws start to raise their ugly little heads. The handle loosens, continually droops and then starts to leak (better hope you’re at home when that happens). Who was sleeping at Moen and didn’t longterm test this in their QC dept? It only works if you never use it.
Easy install but beware if you have a defective one !

Purchased a Motion Sense kitchen faucet for our remodel. The installation on Nov.21st. was as simple as could be. The instruction were very easy to follow and all worked extremely well. Come to Dec 3rd. 1:00am and we hear a water fall, we are now standing in 4”of cold water. We hurriedly shut off all water and notice a dangling hose, it would appear that the inner hose locking device on hose #3 totally dislodge itself from the control box causing a geyser and flood. This lead to all draws filled with water, soaked all small electric appliance within the cabinets as well as everything else you would store under or around your sink. Our carpets in the family and dining room also got soaked since they are off the kitchen. We will NOT continue to own this faucet come 8:00am.when MOEN opens for business today. We are totally shocked that with a technological marvel as this that the water would not be shut off in instances like this. So, to potential buyers interested in this device I personally would not recommend this faucet regardless to the ease of installation, for if we were not home at the time I could not imagine what the damages would have been in our home. For the price we paid for this, and the reputation of Moen of being a quality product,it has cost us much more then it’s worth, needless to say we are very very disappointed.
