Perfect For My Needs

I installed this during the 3rd week of January, 2014. It was easier to install this faucet than remove the one it was replacing. There is a slight bit of play (if you force the issue) where the mount meets the countertop, which wouldn’t exist at all if I had used something to fill in the gap, or had I purchased the optional escutcheon.

NOT SAME AS PICTURED

Maybe I am too detail oriented but they have changed the production of this faucet. You will actually get VIGO VG02001STk1 PullOut Kitchen Spray Faucet, Steel with out the base plate. If you look at the pictures side by side you will notice some big differences in my opinion.

Nice!

Great heavy duty quality, we get many compliments. The only negative so far, after a month after install is the sprayer doesn’t retract on its own well. Good pressure with smooth handle movement.

Pretty good, few small issues.

Had for one year since my plumber installed this, all the while warning me about this brand and it’s customer service & quality. Now a year has passed and it’s falling apart little by little. Sprayer button won’t function at all, and now the head is losing pressure/making weird noises. I’m in the process of contacting CS now-hopefully they will indeed replace or credit me another. This sucks!!!

Love everything about this faucet except it getting stuck in stream-mode

I love the look of this faucet and the initial performance. Install was reasonably simple. However, after only a few months of use the nozzle gets stuck in spray mode. I have to engage the button which switches back to stream mode 20-30 times before it will switch back. Other than that, this is a five-star faucet.

Great Quality – Great Price

Excellent heavy-duty faucet with an industrial, modern look. There was a complaint by another buyer that the nozzle doesn’t retract properly: ours is fine. I would guess that the other rater’s version was not properly installed (it’s about getting the weights right). Highly recommended.

Manufacturer do not stand by their warranty

Folks I have two VIGO faucets and one broke in four months of use. Their manufacturer gave us the go around that basically they do not stand by their product. Go use your money elsewhere. They will blame all of their product warranty issue on a spray head that is only has one year warranty. I barely used it for four months even though I bought it just over a year ago. Their life time is not life time. for plumbers out there, when there is water pressure on both the faucet and the spray, there is a diverter problem-not the spray. But that is what they will claim. I am an architect who specs a lot of faucets. Needless to say I will not specify any of their products from now on.

Was a bit skeptical about purchasing this faucet. I am a contractor and bought this for my own home. I am very pleased with the quality of so far. Very solid structure and no leaks. Only had it for a few months tho…
